We have two ways to help you sell your home and save money doing it in the Western North Carolina region. Full-Service Representation using our flat fee mls llisting service which reduces the seller side of the commission to 1.5% or an Exclusive Agency Listing that allows you to sell your own home and use our flat fee listing to save the Buyer's Agent's commission.

With Summit Realty Of WNC, Inc you only pay 1.5% at closing and receive the benefit of an experienced Realtor by your side helping you accomplish the goal to sell your home.

Buyer agent compensation is not included. Terms can change due to economic conditions.

Exclusive Agency Listing - $995 upfront plus 1.0% when we have a successful closing
This option allows you to sell your home yourself if you bring the buyer. All buyer leads will be directly sent to you. This plan is designed for a Seller who feels confident that they can show a home to a buyer and that their home is in a location that would facilitate a buyer coming directly to them.
If a buyer without an agent decides to buy your home we will still write the contracts and help you close the sale. You would then save the commission you had offered the Buyer's agent.
The buyer's agent's commission typically ranges between 2.5% and 3 %.
We still assist you through the entire process.
