Home prices for single-family properties continued their upward trajectory in September, going against typical seasonal market slowdowns, according to the most recent S&P CoreLogic / Case-Shiller Indices.
The LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance is asking the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), the Montana Association of REALTORS®, the Missoula Organization of REALTORS® and Windermere Real Estate to disassociate themselves from a Missoula REALTOR® based on what it says are discriminatory actions.
U.S. home prices increased 18.5% from the third quarter of 2020 to the third quarter of 2021. According to the Federal Housing Finance Agency House Price Index (FHFA HPI®), house prices were up 4.2% compared to Q2 of 2021. FHFA’s seasonally adjusted monthly index for September was up 0.9% from August.
